the 2 bedroom in brooklyn is about $1000/month. Brooklyn is kind of reasonable borough for rent.
Manhattan rent is way over the normal.
Most of the sale taxes are 8.50% + -.

A whole dame lot because apartments and houses do not cost like they do in Columbus OHio so i would say about 1 thou

well rent for a apartment is like 2-3 thousand a monthe so at least 3 months of rent.
