Will I be able to get 100& if I use cheats in the game GTA:SA?

In Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas, it is said that you can't get 100% if you have used cheats.Is this true?But I've heard that you can deactivate some cheats, so will this cancel out the effects?

The only way to do this is use a gameshark, other than that there is no other way, the game will brand you as a cheater after you finish it.

No.It will not help.You may have to start the game from the begining without using cheats to get 10%.
